WHAT IS THE MINI BASH?
The mini-bash is a smaller bi-yearly version of our yearly fall bash. It is a fundraiser hosted by the Moorefield Volunteer Fire Company. With the purchase of a ticket you could win some wonderful prizes as well as All You Can Eat food and drinks.
WHERE IS THE MINI BASH?
All of our Mini-Bashes are located at the Moorefield Volunteer Fire Company Bingo Hall in Moorefield, WV (225 Jefferson Street). This is a large covered area with seating and tables. You may consider bringing your own chairs if you would be more comfortable. Seating is first COME, first SERVE.
HOW DOES THE RAFFLE WORK?
The mini bash is a raffle using all tickets purchased in a spin barrel system. Every fifteen minutes, a ticket is picked at random from the barrel. If your ticket is drawn then you win the giveaway for that time slot. Once we have recorded the number, your ticket will be placed back into the barrel so you could win more than once. All prizes will be awarded.
CAN I WIN MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes! Once we have recorded the number, your ticket will be placed back into the barrel so you could win more than once.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO WIN?
No. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win. Ticket holders will be contacted if their ticket is selected. All winning numbers will be posted on the website after the event.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WIN?
If you are at the event, you can claim your giveaway rightaway. If you are not able to attend, you will be contacted. If you are not contacted or cannot wait for your wonderful winnings, please contact 304-703-5179.
WHAT DO I GET WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY TICKET?
Admission to the event (please bring your ticket to the event in order to gain admission), a chance to win a giveaway every fifteen minutes for six straight hours, all you care to eat buffet (menu items usually include chicken wings (Various Flavors), Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, and other items), access to lots of activities and entertainment and FREE PARKING (there are plenty of large parking areas within walking distance of the Bingo Hall)
WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL BE AT THE EVENT?
Live entertainment, raffles, food, gun table, and lots more
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET TO THE GATE?
You will show your ticket. If you lost your ticket, door personnel will check your ID and look your ticket up in the system. If you do not have a ticket you will be able to purchase one at the door. You will be given an armband. You must wear it throughout the day. This will allow you to leave the bash and come back if needed. It also identifies you as a ticket holder for the buffet.
CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET IN MY CHILD’S NAME?
You may purchase a ticket in their name if they are over 18 years of age. All tickets holders MUST be 18 or older by the date of the drawing.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Guests are not permitted at the Mini-Bash. Everyone must have a ticket.
CAN I BRING A COOLER?
Coolers are permitted with no restrictions on the contents but they may be subject to search.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Methods of purchase: Cash, Check, Paypal, or Credit Card
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No! Pets are not allowed. Service dogs are always welcome.
