Active Firefighter
Active membership can be obtained by anyone who has a favorable background check, passes a drug test, lives or works within the Moorefield area, and is willing to take the required training.
Junior Firefighter
Youths aged 16-18 can play a valuable role in support functions, while obtaining the state mandated training. This allows them to step directly into a firefighter role at 18.
Social Member
Social membership is perfect for anyone who would like to help serve, but have no desire to fight fire or cannot due to limitations. These members are very important with providing help at special functions, selling tickets, and serving drinks, food, etc. at fire scenes. Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
