WHAT IS THE MINI-BASH?
The Moorefield Volunteer Fire Company hosts the Mini-Bash as a fundraiser, and it serves as a smaller bi-yearly version of our yearly Fall Bash. When you purchase a ticket, you get the chance to win various giveaways and access to all you can eat food and drinks.
HOW DOES THE RAFFLE WORK?
The Mini-Bash is a raffle using all tickets purchased in a spin barrel system. Every fifteen minutes, a ticket is picked at random from the barrel and that ticket wins the advertised giveaway. Once the winning number is recorded, the winning ticket is placed back into the barrel with the other tickets to await the next drawing. We will award all giveaways.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO WIN?
No. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win. After the event we will contact winning ticket holders and we will post all winning numbers on this website.
WHAT DO I GET WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY TICKET?
Admission to the event (you MUST bring your ticket to the event in order to gain admission), a chance to win a giveaway every fifteen minutes for six straight hours, all you care to eat buffet (menu items usually include chicken wings (various flavors), hamburgers, hot dogs, macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans, and other items), drinks (sodas and draft beer), and access to lots of activities and entertainment.
WHERE IS THE MINI-BASH?
Moorefield Volunteer Fire Company Bingo Hall | 225 Jefferson Street, Moorefield, WV
This is a large building with seating and tables in two sections. Because the chairs are metal or plastic folding chairs, you may consider bringing your own if you would be more comfortable. Seating is first COME, first SERVED.

WHERE DO I PARK?
The Bingo Hall has its own parking area. Additionally, there are other large parking areas within walking distance. Parking is FREE.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
You MUST bring/show your ticket. If you do not have your ticket or have not purchased one, you MAY be able to purchase one at the door (subject to ticket availability). Additionally, if you are planning to drink draft beer, you must provide proper identification verifying your age to receive an armband. You must wear it for the entire event.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WIN?
If you are at the event, you MAY be able to claim your giveaway right away. If you are not able to attend, we will contact you afterwards to make arrangements.
WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL BE AT THE EVENT?
Live entertainment, additional raffles, food and drinks, gun table raffles, and other activities.
CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET IN MY CHILD’S NAME?
Yes. You may purchase a ticket in their name but only if they are over 18 years of age. All tickets holders MUST be 18 or older by the date of the drawing.
CAN I BRING A COOLER?
No. Coolers and outside alcohol of any kind are strictly prohibited in the building.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No. Service animals (with proper documentation) are always welcome.
IS THERE AN ATM LOCATED ONSITE?
Yes. All side raffles and games are cash only.
